Analysis of Complex Sentence – विषय सूची

Analysis of Complex Sentence आणि Noun Clause हे विषय आधी समजून घ्यावेत, जेणेकरून Noun Clause as Object of Verb समजून घेणे अधिक सोपे होईल.

Noun Clause as Object of Verb

Noun Clause as Object of Verb

Noun Clause as Object of Verb ची रचना

Noun Clause as Object of Verb

For example (उदाहरणार्थ),
  • She doesn't know when he will return.
  • तो कधी परतेल हे तिला माहित नाही.

वरील वाक्यामध्ये ‘She doesn't know’ आणि ‘he will return’ या दोन वाक्यांना जोडण्यासाठी when (व्हेन) हे Subordinating Conjunction वापरलेले आहे. त्यामुळे, या संपूर्ण जोडवाक्याला Complex Sentence म्हणजेच मिश्र वाक्य समजावे.

तसेच, ‘when he will return’ हा संपूर्ण शब्दसमूह know या transitive to च्या verb चे object म्हणून वापरलेला आहे.

त्यामुळे, या Subordinating Clause ला Noun Clause as Object of Verb असे म्हणतात.

या वाक्याचे पृथक्करण पुढीलप्रमाणे करता येते –

  • Main Clause  She doesn't know
  • Subordinating Clause  when he will return
  • Noun Clause as Object of Verb ‘know’ in the Main Clause
Noun Clause मधील Indirect Object

For example (उदाहरणार्थ),
  • He asked me where I live.
  • त्याने मला विचारले की मी कुठे राहतो.

वरील वाक्यामध्ये ‘He asked me’ आणि ‘I live’ या दोन वाक्यांना जोडण्यासाठी where (व्हेअर) हे Subordinating Conjunction वापरलेले आहे. त्यामुळे, या संपूर्ण जोडवाक्याला Complex Sentence समजावे.

या Complex Sentence मध्ये Indirect Object म्हणून me हे pronoun वापरलेले आहे, तर Direct Object म्हणून ‘where I live’ हा संपूर्ण शब्दसमूह वापरलेला आहे.

या वाक्याचे पृथक्करण पुढीलप्रमाणे करता येते –

  • Main Clause  He asked me

  • Noun Clause as Object of Verb ‘asked’ in the Main Clause
For example (उदाहरणार्थ),
Example 1
